Elementa is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Elementa. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Elementa.

ELEMENTA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE HEALTH, WELLNESS, OR OTHER BENEFITS OF ITS PRODUCTS. PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR HEALTH CONDITION.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
