Our 1-Year Belt Protection Plan gives you added coverage for the parts of your belt that matter most, including the battery and LED display. If something covered stops working during the protection period, we’ll help make it right.
What’s Covered
The 1-Year Belt Protection Plan covers eligible issues with:
- Battery performance failure
- LED display issues
- Charging-related defects
- Power or button function issues caused by normal use
- Internal electrical defects that prevent the belt from working properly
What’s Not Covered
This plan does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Accidental damage from drops, water, misuse, or improper storage
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, marks, or discoloration
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect product function
- Damage caused by using the belt against the care instructions
Coverage Period
Coverage lasts for 1 year from the original purchase date.
The protection plan must be purchased with your Period Relief Belt order. It cannot be added after purchase.
How To Make A Claim
If your belt has a covered issue, contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A short description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem, if possible
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, or store credit depending on the issue and product availability.
Important Notes
The protection plan applies only to the Period Relief Belt purchased in the same order. It is non-transferable and cannot be applied to other products.
This plan is separate from our standard return policy and satisfaction guarantee. It is designed to cover eligible product function issues during the protection period.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs required to send the belt back for inspection or claim review.
If a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for a $9.99 replacement shipping fee before the replacement item is sent.
