Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.
You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time by accessing the link in your order confirmation email. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@elementahealthco.com.
Please note that cancellations must be made before your next scheduled order processes. Cancellations made after an order has already been processed will apply to the following delivery.
